Join our Xcel team to start fostering a love for gymnastics and building lasting friendships in a supportive, goal-driven environment!
At Precision Elite, our Xcel program provides a flexible, competitive option for gymnasts of all ages and skill levels. Designed to give athletes the opportunity to progress at their own pace, the Xcel program focuses on building a strong foundation of technique, strength, and confidence while allowing gymnasts to individualize their routines to suite their goals and strengths.
Xcel team members practice 5-9 hours a week at the appropriate level for their skill set. They enjoy the freedom of individualized routines without the long hours and rigid structure of training required in the Compulsory and Optional Development programs.
Whether your child is looking to explore the sport or take their skills to the next level, the Xcel program offers a balanced approach to training, combining a positive experience with the excitement of competition.

Spend your day off from school at Precision Elite!
Our Xcel Day Camps are offered on select days when Clackamas School District is out of school, excluding holiday breaks. Camps run from 8:30 AM–3:00 PM and are $80 per athlete, per day.
An Xcel coach will be with the athletes throughout the day, giving them dedicated time to work on Xcel gymnastics skills, drills, and progressions. But it’s not all gymnastics! Athletes will also enjoy crafts, games, lunch, snack time, and other fun camp activities throughout the day.
It’s the perfect way for Xcel athletes to spend a day off from school—getting extra time in the gym, having fun with teammates, and working toward their gymnastics goals!
Time: 8:30 AM–3:00 PM
Cost: $80 per day
Who: Xcel Team Athletes
When: Select Clackamas School District no-school days (excluding holiday breaks)
Athletes should bring a lunch, snacks, and a water bottle for the day..
High Performance Labs!
High Performance Lab is an optional supplemental training opportunity for athletes who want additional time to focus on strength, flexibility, conditioning, and overall physical preparation for higher-level gymnastics.
HPL is open to athletes ages 8+ who are currently training in:
Developmental Levels 3–6 or Xcel Gold and above
High Performance Lab is TOPs-adjacent and is designed to complement an athlete’s regular team practices rather than replace them. Sessions focus heavily on building the strength, flexibility, body control, and physical abilities needed to support continued skill development.
Saturdays • 9:00–10:30 AM • $30 per session
Athletes can register for individual HPL sessions based on their availability—no commitment to every Saturday is required.
