On the Development team, we strive to develop champions in life through sport. Development team members work hard, love to win, and train long hours to achieve their dreams! Our Precision Elite Dev team members are amazing athletes and incredible young people!
Gymnastics is a sport that requires exceptional levels of skills such as physical/mental toughness, coachability, coordination, perseverance, and humility. Learning anything in gymnastics means failing thousands of times before getting it right! Loving the process and fighting through adversity are amazing attributes for any developing young person. While your child will not always participate in gymnastics, we want the lessons they learn here to help them for a lifetime. From foundational levels to national competition, our team is committed to excellence in our sport and in life.
The Development team levels follow a strict USA Gymnastics progression designed to build solid foundational gymnastics that will provide a strong and safe platform to advanced level skills.

*To qualify for State, gymnasts need an all-around score of 32.0 or higher at any prior meet in the season (or 8.75 for Level 6-10 Event Specialists)

8-11 Region 2 Championships – Tacoma, WA (Levels 6-10 Only)
*To qualify for Regionals, Level 7-10 gymnasts need an all-around score of 34.0 or higher at State Championships (or 9.0 for Level 8-10 Event Specialists). Level 6 gymnasts will qualify based on a percentage (details TBA).
