Preschool Classes

Tumble Tots ~ Ages 18 Months - 3 Years

Parent Particiation Required.

A guided and structured class, with a focus on gymnastics skills in our dedicated preschool gymnastics area.

• Locomotor skills including: jumping, hopping, skipping, swinging, rolling, running, leaping, and landing.
• Social skills including: taking turns, sharing, listening, and following directions.

The Tumble Tot class is designed to challenge children physically, while providing a safe environment for them to explore their bodies and gain self-awareness and independence.

Busy Bees ~ 3 year olds

Aged based classes structured to encourage physical and social development.

These classes focus on gymnastics skill development including forward & backward rolls, handstands, beginning cartwheels, balance, coordination and strength. Students will explore different gymnastics apparatus including floor, vault, bars, beam, parallel bars, rings, and tumble track.

Classes are designed to challenge children physically, in a safe and positive environment, promoting self -awareness, independence and their mind/body connection.

Moon Spinners ~ 4 year olds

Aged based classes structured to encourage physical and social development.

These classes focus on gymnastics skill development including forward & backward rolls, handstands, beginning cartwheels, balance, coordination and strength. Students will explore different gymnastics apparatus including floor, vault, bars, beam, parallel bars, rings, and tumble track.

Classes are designed to challenge children physically, in a safe and positive environment, promoting self -awareness, independence and their mind/body connection.


High Flyers ~ 5 year olds

Aged based classes structured to encourage physical and social development.

These classes focus on gymnastics skill development including forward & backward rolls, handstands, beginning cartwheels, balance, coordination and strength. Students will explore different gymnastics apparatus including floor, vault, bars, beam, parallel bars, rings, and tumble track.

Classes are designed to challenge children physically, in a safe and positive environment, promoting self -awareness, independence and their mind/body connection.


Beginning School Age Classes - Girls & Boys

Beginning Girls

Level 1 ~ Age Groups: 6-8, 9-10 & 11-14 some All age classes

An age based instruction to the four women’s gymnastics events: Vault, Uneven Bars, Beam & Floor.

Classes begin with a 15-minute warm up which includes cardio (running, marching, galloping, skipping), strength (pushups, shaping poses, sit-ups) and flexibly (pike and straddle stretches, splits, shoulders). Then gymnasts rotate to different apparatus to work skills specific to each of the four events.

Classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength, and gymnastics skills through structured progressions. Progressions are a method that builds skills steadily and safely, at each gymnastics pace.


Beginning Boys

Fireflies ~ 6 year olds

Level 1/2 ~ 7 - 12 year olds

An age based instruction to the six men’s gymnastics events: Floor, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bar, & Horizontal Bar.

Classes begin with a 15-minute warm up which includes cardio (running, marching, galloping, skipping), strength (pushups, shaping poses, sit-ups) and flexibly (pike and straddle stretches, splits, shoulders). Then gymnasts rotate to different apparatus to work skills specific to each of the six events.

Classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength, and gymnastics skills through structured progressions. Progressions are a method that builds skills steadily and safely, at each gymnastics pace.


Intermediate & Advanced Gymnastics Classes - Boys & Girls 


Butterflies & Dragonflies ~ Girls Ages 4 - 6

Level 2 - 3 & Advanced Rec. Girls ~ Girls Ages 6 - 14

Level 2/3 ~ Boys Ages 7 - 12

Our intermediate through advanced recreational classes work both as stepping stones to our competitive teams, and also as classes allowing gymnasts to continue to develop new skills and challenge themselves physically.

These classes are by invitation only.

Membership Fee: $40 per family annually

Classes begin Tuesday, September 5th, and are ongoing through Saturday, June 16th.

Monday classes will be prorated for Session 01 due to Labor Day. 

Our 4-Week "Sessions" are for billing purposes. There are 10 sessions in the school year.  Enrollment roles from billing session to billing session. If you drop your gymnast, please notify the office via email or phone.  

Dress Code

For the safety of our gymnasts the following dress code is required.

PreSchool Classes (Tumble Tots, Busy Bees & Moon Spinners) 

  • Leotards or biketards, shorts and t-shirts: Remember your gymnasts will be going upside down and clothing needs to be close fitting.
  • No leotards with attached skirts or bare midriffs. No hoods, skirts, tutus, buttons, snaps, zippers, or anything which might scrape or scratch. No loose fitting or baggy clothing allowed. No jeans or jeggings.
  • No jewelry.
  • Feet should be bare, hair pulled back and secured away from the face.

Recreational Classes - Girls

  • Leotards or biketards are required. Lycra shorts or leggings are fine.
  • No leotards with attached skirts or bare midriffs. No hoods, skirts, tutus, buttons, snaps, zippers or anything which might scrape or scratch. No loose fitting or baggy clothing allowed. No jeans or jeggings.

Recreational Classes - Boys

Membership Fee: There is an annual, non-refundable, Family Membership due upon registration and is renewed annually. This membership gives you discounts for Parents’ Night Out, Birthday Parties and Camps. 

Enrollment: Enrollment opens in August for the 2017-2018. Classes begin September 4th and run through June 16th. 

Tuition Payments: Tuition is due the first week of each 4-Week Billing Session. Payments not received by the first week of each session will automatically be charged a $15 fee, unless prior arrangements are made with the office. If tuition is still not paid by the end of the second week of the session, student(s) will not be allowed in class, and may be dropped from the program. Pro-Rating classes only occurs upon joining a class after session has started, or if we are closed due to a holiday. 

Adds, Drops & Transfers: All adds, drops and transfers will be effective at the time of written notification to the office staff. If a class is dropped after the next session is in progress, you remain responsible for the full 4-weeks of the session. No Cash, check or credit card refunds will be given. A credit on your account may be offered in the event of an injury or prolonged illness. 

Attendance: Please make sure that your child arrives on-time for their classes to ensure they warm up properly. Instructors go from one class to the next, so please pick-up your child promptly. In case of emergency contact the office to assure your child is supervised until your arrival.

Make-up classes: To maintain our gymnast coach ratio and avoid overcrowding of classes all make-ups must be scheduled in advance. It is very important to us that your children receive consistent coaching and this policy will be enforced to protect the integrity of the program.  We do not pro-rate for missed classes or substitute for tuition payments. Make up classes are to be completed within two months of the missed class. All make-ups are forfeited if the student drops from the program. Please make arrangements for makeups with your dance instructor.

Parking: Parking is available on the East and South side of the building and on the street.
